While the mind and body needs to have a regular exercise, getting rest is also just as significant for one to be fit. A healthy diet with healthy foods is significant in maintaining one’s fitness also.

Being fit takes determination and commitment if one is to really become mentally and physically fit. Being fit is very significant for an individual’s well-being, as this is the very meaning of health. Health is not essentially a destination but more of a journey.
